In-furrow

Bucket for 20-hectare soya inoculation.
To inoculate the soil at sowing time.

Packaging

Bucket containing 3 bags of in-furrow inoculant x 3,000 cm3 + 1 instruction sheet

Composition

Active principle: Bradyrhizobium japonicum, selected for its infection capacity and high-level efficiency.
Infectious and efficient nitrogen fixing bacteria for all varieties of soya (Glycine max) cultivated in the country.
Aqueous vehicle.
Minimum concentration: 1 x 109 (1,000,000,000) infectious and efficient Bradyrhizobium japonicum cells per cm3 of inoculant till expiration date. It provides more than 600,000 live bacteria per seed

Dose

450 cm3 of ene-2 in-furrow inoculant per hectare.

Application

Add the necessary amount of fresh and chlor-less well water to the inoculation machine tank to treat 20 hectares of soya. The amount of water will depend on the liters per hectare your machine releases (See example below).
• Take the bag inoculant from the bucket.
• Shake the bag so that the inoculant is mixed properly.
• Add the 9 liters of inoculant to the inoculation machine tank and stir the liquid.
• The Ene-2 liquid in-furrow inoculant can be easily stirred and it does not decant.
• Sow and inoculate the soil simultaneously. Check that the temperature of the product does not rise above 30ºC.
Example: If your in-furrow inoculation machine releases 20 liters per hectare, you should prepare 400 liters of mixture. Mix the 9 liters of inoculant with 391 liters of water. This treats 20 hectares. The mixture must be used within 6-8 hours from preparation to preserve the product quality.

Storage

The ene-2 in-furrow inoculant must be stored in its original packaging in a fresh and airy environment. Temperature should not be higher than 25ºC.

Frozen rhizobia paste

it is obtained from the concentration, by centrifugation-filtration, of the rhizobia culture broths obtained in bioreactors. These frozen concentrates have a viable cell count of at least 1×1012 rhizobia / gram. These viable counts are maintained for prolonged periods of time (greater than one year) maintained at temperatures below -20 ° C.

These bacteria, once thawed, recover the physiological characteristics that they had in the original culture and, therefore, maintain their ability to nodulate and fix biological atmospheric Nitrogen in all legume species

These pastes are marketed to different countries and are consumed by companies dedicated to formulation of inoculants. What are the advantages of these products?

  1. Maintain their quality for prolonged periods of time
  2. Occupy at least 100 times less volume than the inoculant that can be produced from them, reducing freight costs significantly
  3. Any company, anywhere in the world, can dedicate itself to formulate high-quality inoculants with minimal investment in equipment and without the need for highly specialized staff
  4. Due to the small volume occupied, low shipping costs and preservation of the viability of the rhizobia, it offers the possibility of responding immediately to an unforeseen demand

It is marketed in 500g plastic containers coated with heat shrinkable material. The temperature is maintained below -20 ° C during transport (usually by plane) in suitable containers.

Frozen pastes are available for a large number of legume species, both grain and fodder

With Gluconacetobacter Diazotrophicus.

ene-2 growth promoter ene-2 Endophyte Plus has been formuled using Gluconacetobacter diazotrophicus. This microorganism efficiently colonizes the surface of radicles (rhizosphere) that arise from germination and it simultaneously penetrates the vegetable colonizing the internal tissues (endophytes) of roots, stalks and leaves. Its “Plus” effect comes from the fact that plant growth promotion is due to different complementary and synergic activities that take place in: a) the rhizosphere, since it is an active phosphorus dissolver solubilizer, and 2) the internal tissues, since, without other microorganisms competing it produces phytohormones inside the plant and can fix nitrogen from the air.
These activities cause a greater radicular development that permits the increase of water and nutrient capture and better availability, since it solubilizes phosphorus that is undissolvable from the rhizosphere, and can provide the colonized tissues with nitrogen. As a result, plants grow more vigorously, they are better-nourished and they have a better protection from other organisms in the soil.

Formulation

• 800 cm3 sachets in 10-sachet buckets.

Dose

400 cm3 of inoculant every 100 kg of wheat, barley, corn, sorghum, sunflower, soya and pastures.

Application

• It can be inoculated using any of the machines available for the treatment of seeds.
• Mix so that all the seeds are wet on the surface.
• In case of using seed curer, this must be applied before inoculation.

Recommendations

• Store in a fresh environment.
• Do not apply in strong sunshine.
• Once opened, the product must be used completely, since sterility is lost.
